Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi | Takeaway Terms and Conditions

 

Fourseasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel") is subject to the terms of this agreement (this "Agreement"), and shall sell products listed on the "The Lounge Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "Store") (hereinafter referred to as this “Service")). Those who use this Service (hereinafter referred to as "User") should read this Agreement carefully before using this Service, and use this Service after agreeing to its contents.

 

1.Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to the sale and purchase of products using this Service whereby the Hotel is the seller and the User is the buyer. Use of this Service is limited to customers who reside in Japan. In the event that there is a separate terms and conditions described in the Store for specific products, the separate terms and conditions should prevail.

 

2.Method of Order

The offer to purchase products (hereinafter referred to as "Order"), is made by completion and transmission of the online order form (hereinafter referred to as "Order Form") separately designated by the Hotel.

 

3.Establishment of Agreement

The sale and purchase agreement between the User and the Hotel is established when the email with Order confirmation described under 4.2 below is received by the User.

 

4.Communication from Order Receipt to ready for pick up

1. Hotel will email the User a confirmation upon receipt of the Order from the User. The confirmation of receipt of the Order merely confirms that the Hotel received the Order, and does not constitute an establishment of a sale and purchase agreement.

2. After receipt of the Order is confirmed, an email indicating that confirmation of the Order is completed will be sent by Hotel to User upon confirmation of product availability and total amount (hereinafter referred to as “Completion of Order Confirmation”).

3. User may be contacted separately from the Hotel by telephone or email should it be found that the product may not be available as requested due to a shortage of inventory or that there is missing or inaccurate information on the Order Form submitted by the User.

4. When the product is ready for pick up at the Hotel, an email will be sent to User informing the User.



5.Payment Method and Payment Date

Payment methods is Credit Card only. Credit Card

a. User may only use credit cards under User’s name.

b. Only one-time payment transaction is accepted.

c. Upon payment, User will fill out the credit card number, valid date, card issuer and cardholder name in the Order Form.

d. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and JCB are accepted for payment of this Service.

e. Upon payment by credit card, please check with the terms and conditions of credit card use for each credit card issuer. 


6. Pick up of Product


1. The number of days needed for pick up will depend on the availability of the product.

2. For orders paid, it may take approximately 3 to 5 business days from confirmation of the order prepare. 

3. In the event that products take more time for preparation than usual due to circumstances such as product availability, the User will be notified in advance by phone or email. In such case, the Hotel cannot prepare the products within the period described in 6.2 above, and the Hotel shall not be liable for any result that may occur due to the delay.

 

7.Cancellation

For cancellation of orders, please contact us by using the inquiry form or contact Fourseasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi Restaurant Reservations at +81 3-6810-0655. Please indicate your order number for reference. Once confirmation of the product is sent from the Hotel by e-mail, cancellations or changes on order will not be accepted. No shows or cancellation within 72 hours from the pickup date will be charged at 100% of the cancelled item value.

 


8.Handling of Personal Information

1. The Hotel collects and uses the following personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of the hotel (https://www.fourseasons.com/privacy/):

 a. Personal information provided in the Order Form

 b. Personal information used for this Service at the time of payment, etc.

2. The Hotel will use the collected personal information to provide this Service, provide contact for the sale of products, provide information from the Hotel (printed matter or by E-mail), and for other purposes described in the privacy policy of the Hotel.

 

9.Other

1. Color or presentation of the products in the Store may differ from the actual products due to printing or display screen conditions.

2. This Agreement may be subject to change without prior notice to the User. For sales of products ordered prior to such change, the agreement prior to such change shall apply.

3. The Japanese version of this Agreement constitutes as a formal and legally binding contract.
